At ImageLiteTool, we take user privacy extremely seriously. Because our tools operate 100% in your web browser (client-side), we do not collect, upload, or store any of your images on our servers. This policy explains what information is collected (via third-party services) and how our tools operate.
1. 100% Local Processing (Zero Server Uploads)
Every single image processing tool on ImageLiteTool runs locally inside your browser using JavaScript, HTML5 Canvas API, and local WebAssembly (such as ONNX Runtime Web). No files are uploaded to our servers, and we have no access to the images you compress, crop, resize, convert, or remove backgrounds from. Your files remain completely private on your device.
2. Cookies and Third-Party Advertising
We use third-party advertising companies (such as Google AdSense) to serve ads when you visit our website. These companies may use cookies, device identifiers, or web beacons to gather non-personal information (such as traffic patterns) in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.
3. Google AdSense Cookie Requirements
As a partner of Google AdSense, we comply with their terms. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on our site. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to our users based on their visits to our site and other sites on the Internet. Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting the Google Ads Settings page, or by opting out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info.
4. Google Analytics Website Traffic
We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous traffic statistics (such as page views, user locations, browser types, and language settings) to improve our service. Google Analytics does not collect your files, images, or personal identification information. You can block Google Analytics by using browser extensions or blocking cookies in your browser settings.
5. Exemption of Liability (Terms of Use)
ImageLiteTool provides local image editing tools on an 'as-is' basis. We are not responsible or liable for any misuse of these tools by end-users. This includes, but is not limited to, the unauthorized removal of digital watermarks, stripping of metadata headers for deceptive purposes, modification of copyrighted imagery, or any actions that violate local laws. The user is solely responsible for verifying the legal rights to edit and use their images.
